According to you, player Tabatone and player Plonder receive city gifts when they were out of their guild. They then rejoined their old guild with the extra cities.
Is this correct?

Again, Missuse of Alliance hopping Tabatone and plonder Change Alliances, get City Gifts, Change back and so on! This is missuse. They do quests with each other and play not according to the rules!
